We want you to be entirely satisfied with the care and treatment provided from Forest Dental Care. If a filling, root filling, crown or bridge fails within a year we will provide free repair or replacement or a full or part refund, depending on the circumstances. If you are not satisfied with any part of the care or service provided at the practice please let us know and we will be more than happy to try and improve our service in whichever way possible. If you feel unhappy and have been upset as a result of care or service provided from the practice please talk to our complaints manager, Mrs. Furnaaz Mukadam or Dr. S. K Malik, who will deal with the complaint according to the practice’s complaints policy.
